Team-building

Each team-building activity is designed to encourage teamwork and to build confidence. Daerwynno Outdoor Centre presents a team of people with a practical problem, and as a group they must solve it together by whatever means is considered appropriate. There is no right or wrong way to solve the problems, rather it is through the group’s strengths, weaknesses and interaction that a resolution is achieved.

Suitable for people of all ages and abilities, these challenges require intelligence, logic, skill, balance, strength and communication. Using simple equipment, the challenges are conducted within the centre's compound or in the forest.
